Returns

We want you to be sure about it. Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

Write to orders@weekendheir.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, unannounced parcels cannot be matched to an order.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or was not what you ordered. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the refund has arrived.

Refunds

Once the return has arrived and been checked, we refund the full item price to the original payment method within 10 business days. If one shirt out of a set comes back, the set price is recalculated for the shirts you keep.

Faulty or wrong items

If a print is faulty, the item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, send a photo to orders@weekendheir.com within 14 days of delivery. We replace the item at no cost or refund it, your choice. No need to send it back first.

Exchanges

We do not exchange directly. Return the item and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union

If you live in the European Union you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise it, send a clear statement to orders@weekendheir.com or by post to WEEKEND HEIR, Gordana Dragutinovic, Linzerstrasse 126, 3003 Gablitz, Austria. Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal. We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us or you have provided proof that you sent them. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
